How can I apply for a loan?

How much can I borrow?
  • If you are Employed: P 20,000 to P 500,000
  • If you are Self-Employed: P 50,000 to 1,000,000
How long does it take to get a loan?
  • Loan process depends if the client submitted all the complete documents and participate in credit verifications.
  • For smooth transaction it may run for 1-3 working days.
What are the requirements needed?

For Employed:

  • - 2 months recent payslip
  • - COE
  • - Two (2) government Ids
  • - Utility Bill

For Self-Employed:

  • - Two (2) government Ids
  • - 3 months bank statement
  • - Business Permit
  • - Utility Bill
  • - latest ITR (optional)
  • - 3 Trade Referrences
How can I know the status of my application?
  • You may check your status at www.welcomefinanceph.com and click LOAN STATUS in the homepage.
How much is the monthly interest rate?
  • WFP offers a competitive rate for as low as 1.6% up to 3% for Unsecured Loan and 1.0-1.9% for Secured Loan, depending on the loan products and customer's credit profile.
How will I know that my loan is approved?
  • You will receive a phone call from our sales associates to schedule you for loan release.
Is there an application fees?
  • Loan application is free, however once the loan is disbursed processing fee and notarial fee will be deducted from loan disbursment.
Where to submit my documents?
  • You can submit your documents at sales@welcomefinanceinc.com OR upload it at (URL from ICT)
Can I cancel my application?
  • Technically you can cancel your application anytime as long as you inform us.


What is your mode of payment?
  • Repayment is thru Post-Dated-Check (PDC)
How long can I repay?
  • Our terms varies on 12, 24, and 36 months
What if I do not have PDC? Can you wait until I apply for checking account?
  • We encourage the client to open a checking account with any Bank, you can get your approved loan until 1 month from the day of your approval.
Who do I contact when I have concern about my repayment?
  • You may call (02) 657 2400 for Manila office or contact any WFP branch near you or email Collection@welcomefinanceinc.com
What if I want to pay my loan immediately and do not want to finish the terms?
  • You can repay all your outstanding loan anytime with Pre-termination fee.
What if my repayment due date falls on a holiday?
  • If your due date falls on a non-working holiday, you have to make your repayment immediately in preceeding working day.
I finished my loan repayment, can I apply again for renewal?
  • Yes. You can apply for renewal once you finish repaying half of your terms or upon reaching 6 months (whichever come first).
  • However, loan balance of your existing loan will be deducted from your new loan disbursement.
How to calculate my monthly payments?
  • You may use the loan calculator located at the home page and fill out the correct information of your desired loan.


How can I know if I am eligible to apply for a loan?
  • You may check our loan qualifications and make sure you passed the given criteria.
I am a freelancer am I eligible to apply?
  • Any type of employment WITHOUT documented proof of income cannot be processed.
I applied online and I received a text message that you cannot process my application.
  • Clients will receive such text message if the client did not pass the Pre-screening stage.You may call (02) 650 4020 for more clarifications
I was rejected and the reason was not explained to me.
  • The possible reasons are: Income requirement not met, Cancelled Card, Industry not supported, Court Case, Incomplete documents, Company is blacklisted, No Character References, and clients were not contactable.
I was rejected on my previous application, when can I apply again?
  • You can apply after 3 months from the start you was rejected.


What are the loans offered by WFP?
  • We offer Personal, Salary, Business, Auto, And Truck Loan
For what product do I need to input a co-borrower?
  • Co-borrower is required for Seaman's, Auto, and Truck Loan Products.
Do you have OFW or Remittance loan products?
  • We are sorry to inform you that we do not have OFW and Remittance Loan Products for now.
I do not have credit card what product is good for me?
  • If you do not have credit card you may apply under Salary Loan Product.
I am an employed but also with a business which loan product best fits me?
  • It is client's discretion which to appy whether Personal/Salary loan or Business Loan, as long as the client passes through the qualifications.
I have an online business can I apply under Business Loan?
  • Yes, as long as your business is registered and can comply the Business Loan requirements.
I am employed what product best fits me?
  • If you are Employed and with a credit card you are good to try Personal Loan, but if you do not have a credit card you will fall under Salary Loan
